Hope Faith & Charity

Hope, Faith and Charity brings a group of figures into a shared composition of raised arms and responsive gestures. The relationship between the figures carries the work’s meaning, directing attention toward exchange and connection.

The title provides an allegorical frame, while the physical interaction gives those ideas an accessible human form. Each figure contributes to the rhythm of the whole. Seen together, their gestures suggest that these qualities find expression through relationships and through the ways people respond to one another.
